Returns
Shop with confidence knowing you can return an item for free within 30 days of your purchase date.
Please ensure the garments are unworn and the original tags are attached.
To process a return or exchange, please email customercare@ladaire.com with your order # and we will issue a return label.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48hrs.
Refunds not applicable for sale items. Exchanges offered for items of equal or lesser value.
